Internships

The Virginia Tech MPA program requires our pre-career students to obtain and complete an internship to gain real-world skills in a professional environment and to prepare students for employment opportunities after graduation.  If you are interested in possibly hosting an intern, please contact Stephanie to discuss.  Internships may be paid or unpaid, 20 to 40 hours of week and many of our students are interested in careers in local government.  Consider hosting a student next summer!
