Certificate News November 2023

The Virginia Tech’s Center for Public Administration and Policy Faculty, Dr. Stephanie Davis and Dr. Ray Zuniga presented “Covid-19 Pandemic Financial Impacts on Virginia’s Local Governments: A First Look at Total Local Revenue and Vulnerable Local Taxes” at the 2023 Virginia Municipal League Annual Conference. The Certificate continues to support a variety of professional development activities that are preparing the next generation of local government leaders and managers. The Women’s Virginia Municipal Leadership Institute just graduated the 2nd Cohort of superstars in October. We are excited to be a part of this wonderful program!
