Introducing the New DAO Chair

Hello everyone!  My name is Todd Kilduff and I am Deputy County Administrator in Hanover County.  I was recently selected to be the new DAO Chair after one of our own, Ande Banks, rose up the ranks to be City Manager in Harrisonburg!  I would like to officially congratulate Ande on his career advancement and we wish him all the best in that role.  I would also like to thank Tim Fitzgerald for reaching out and asking if I would be interested in serving as the next Chair.  Thanks Tim!  

Aside from that, we have had trouble getting someone to write “A DAO in the Life” articles.  If any Deputy, Assistant, or Other out there wishes to submit an article we would greatly appreciate it!  Please send to me (tekilduff@hanovercounty.gov) and Alysse (ald5zm@virginia.edu) and we will sure your voice is heard.  There are no real rules for the article but if you want some inspiration please check out the past newsletters (https://www.vlgma.org/past-newsletters).
