Strategic Plan Updated to Achieve the VLGMA Purpose

 The VLGMA Strategic Plan has been updated to achieve our purpose of strengthening local government’s quality professional leadership.  Have you read the road map and considered your direction to the local government destination?

The VLGMA Strategic Plan Committee completed the required even-year (aka 2022) review… glad we are not ODD!  This first phase focused on core policy and actions supporting inclusion, diversity, and tenure of local government managers.  Over the next few months a smaller working group will be reviewing the Strategic Plan to convert the updated actions steps into proactive, measurable and feasible goals; yup you got it we are making them SMART.
