VIG is accepting LEAD & SEI applications for the remainder of 2022 programs. Our team just wrapped up a strategic planning retreat with the Charlottesville City Council.

We are excited to continue to offer our refreshed residential leadership development programs. SEI is accepting applications for our program held July 17-29, 2022. I had the pleasure facilitating a strategic planning retreat with the Charlottesville city council and city management team April 1-2. The councilors and staff had a robust discussion about several short-term and long-term initiatives including staff capacity/resilience, financial planning, housing, economic development, and climate change.
